The 9th edition of Archeovirtual was held in Granada within DigitalHeritage International Congress, under the direction of Sofia Pescarin (CNR ITABC) as Exhibition Chair of the Event. The section related to Immersive Virtual Reality will travel to Paestum to be part as usual of the BMTA. This section enables visitors to try a new immersive experience into 3d reconstructed heritage sites. Using different divice (Head Mounted Display and Joypad), the visitors could live a unique travel back in time: from the Labyrinth of Versailles, to Spanish Opidum, from French monuments and heritage collections to the heart of the capital of the Roman Empire (Roman Imperial Fora). During the saturday workshop (31 oct) it will be possible to further discuss about these topics.
