9th ARCHEOVIRTUAL
Archeovirtual is the largest international exhibition on Virtual Archaeology, organised since 2006 by the Italian National Research Council (CNR ITABC VHlab) every year in Paestum (SA) as part of the Mediterranean Expo of Archaeological Tourism (BMTA). Thousounds of visitors interact every year with various applications, making it a very successful events. From 2013 Archeovirtual has been federated with DigitalHeritage International Congress, acquiring a worldwide dimension, every 2 years. The 9th Edition of Archeovirtual (2015) has been organised in fact in Granada within DigitalHeritage, where it contributed to the creation of its Expo. After this event, Archeovirtual is brought from Granada to Paestum, at BMTA, where the most innovative international examples of Virtual Archaeology will be presented.
